The Ontario government has launched a new hepatitis C television advertising campaign to reach people in Ontario who may have been exposed to hepatitis C and to raise awareness about the virus. More than 110,000 people in Ontario are infected with the hepatitis C virus. Researchers estimate that about 35,000 of these people do not know they are infected.
