ServiceOntario has an automated self-service kiosk that allows you to obtain government services and products much easier than before. These kiosks, which function much like automated bank machines, are a part of the largest self-service kiosk network of its kind in North America.

ServiceOntario kiosks are available 7 days per week at most locations with extended hours of service. You will find kiosks in major shopping centres and government offices across the province.

At a ServiceOntario kiosk , you can change your address for your Ontario health card free of charge.

You will need to bring with you :

your new address and postal code;
your health card;
health cards of family members living with you.
