2003-2004 Report Card for Ontario Drug Benefit Program

The 2003-2004 annual report is based on the Report Card model that is being used by hospitals and other health care organizations as way of showing the complexity of an organization. The report is organized into four main sections: Program Indicators, Financial Indicators, Formulary Listings and Achievements. The 2003-2004 report will serve as a base line report for future years program performance.

The report was produced in collaboration with Brogan Consulting Inc. and is being shared as a way of reporting publicly on performance of the drug program.
