The Diabetes Testing Report is a paper-based report that is produced through the Baseline Diabetes Dataset Initiative. It is aimed at supporting primary care providers in ensuring their patients with diabetes have three key tests within recommended guidelines. A Diabetes Testing Report can make it easier for a primary care provider to identify patients who are due for testing to ensure optimal diabetes management.
