Land Ambulance Program

The ministry has expanded on the key performance indicators (KPIs) for land ambulance performance measurements that are available to the public. The KPIs will include legislated response time reports, new response time measures and patient outcome-based indicators.

Average Response Time - Average travel time to patients by an ambulance for highest priority calls
