1. NEW TEST - COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (L393)
  2. Effective April 1, 1999 a new test code has been added to the Schedule. This code is to be used whenever one or more services associated with the following test codes are ordered: L372, L396, L397, L399, L417 and/or L418. All test results are to be reported regardless of whether or not they have been ordered.

    The Laboratory Licensing and Inspection Service will contact you if this change affects your licensed test menu. All laboratories currently licensed for any of the above six tests will automatically be licensed for L393. You do not have to apply to have the new test code added to your licence.
