The following is a list of tools and additional resources on pandemic planning for First Responders. We encourage you to review the information :

• What you should know about a Flu Pandemic – printable fact sheets in 24 languages
• Workplace Safety and Insurance Board – downloadable brochures, posters, checklists, social distancing chart, awareness and education posters
• Guidelines on Communicable Diseases taken from the Police Standard manual
• Role of Law Enforcement in Public Health Emergencies

• “Notice to Visitors” signage, which asks for self assessment prior to entering premises

The Office of the Chief Coroner is developing a screening tool and an Influenza pandemic Strategy. There will be further development of municipal tools and information on this site will be updated.
