Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) are your first point of contact for information about Seniors’ Care, and can provide information about the kinds of care that are available in your area.

The CCACs were established by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care in 1996, to help the public access government-funded home and community services and Long-Term Care Homes. There are 14 CCACs throughout Ontario.

Whether you are just beginning to explore your needs or ready to finalize arrangements, your local CCAC can help you:

To take the first step, use the CCAC Locator to find a CCAC near you.

You can also learn more about other services provided by CCACs in the Community Care Access Centres section of this website.
