Price Increase Request Process for Products Listed on the Formulary

The Executive Officer of Ontario Public Drug Programs may consider a request for a price increase in respect of any drug product that has been listed on the Formulary as a benefit under the Ontario Drug Benefit (ODB) Program for at least five (5) years and where the manufacturer is able to submit evidence of substantial raw material cost increases during the previous year.  For full information about the criteria and process for requesting price increases, please refer to the following documents :

Manufacturers must send four (4) copies of each complete price increase application to :
