  • Step 3 :
Each request will be reviewed by the ministry to verify that the organization/individual is a member of the healthcare and broader public sector and therefore entitled to the ministry pricing. Once approved, the ministry will send a return email to that client with the agreement code and vendor Pricing Sheets via email or fax.
  • Step 4 :
Should your service/organization wish to access the pricing, contact the relevant vendors using the contact information provided on the pricing sheets

    Note :
This step assumes authorized personnel within your service/organization have approved the procurement

Terms and conditions around procurement volumes, logistics charges and other items are contained on each individual pricing sheet.
  • Step 5 :
Should terms, conditions and pricing be agreed upon, a supply agreement between your service/organization and the vendor should be established to document the details of your arrangement.

    Note :
The ministry will have no involvement in individual supply agreements established between your service/organization and the vendor(s).

Any questions or access to the Pricing Sheets can be directed to the Emergency Management Branch, MOHLTC at 1-866-212-2272 or to emergencystockpiling.moh@ontario.ca
