Criteria for Deployment
Protocol for Release of Equipment and Supplies
In the event of a local emergency in which the NESS stockpile may be of assistance, the following protocol shall be followed to request deployment :
Should a request for deployment be approved by the EMB, the Site Custodian will be responsible for tracking the equipment that is taken from the stockpile. Once the equipment is returned, the Site Custodian shall take an inventory of the equipment and provide a report on the overall status of the equipment back to the EMB. EMB will then contact PHAC prior to the return of the equipment to arrange for any necessary refurbishment. |
