Infection Prevention and Control Core Competency Education Effective July 1, 2010, the Infection Prevention and Control Core Competency Education (IPCCCE) program has been transferred to Public Health Ontario (PHO). Note that PHO is now operating name for the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion. OAHPP is an arms-length public health agency, dedicated to protecting and promoting the health of all Ontarians.
