Business Change Documents
The implementation of the Resident Assessment Instrument – Home Care (RAI-HC) had a range of impacts on Community Care Access Centres (CCACs). Many of these RAI-HC impacts required CCACs to make changes to the way they conducted business. Business process modules and planning volumes were developed to help CCACs determine how the RAI-HC may impact their business, suggest ways for CCACs to plan for RAI-HC implementation, and recommend measures that CCACs could take to mitigate these impacts. |
