Community Care Connects (C3)
C3 is a joint project of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) and Ontario's 42 Community Care Access Centres (CCACs). It is governed by the C3 Executive Committee comprising of senior management responsible for Health Care Programs, Human Services I&IT Cluster, and Long-Term Care Redevelopment.

Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI)
The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) is an independent, pan-Canadian, not-for-profit organization working to improve the health of Canadians and the healthcare system by providing quality, reliable and timely health information.

interRAI
interRAI is a not for profit corporation. Its Fellows and Associate Fellows seek to improve care of the elderly world-wide, by encouraging adoption of standardized assessment methods. The group is committed to developing assessment tools and undertaking cross-national studies. In encouraging the use of interRAI products, the primary aim is not to generate income, but to develop new projects and fund research programs. Membership of the corporation is through active research and development with interRAI products.

Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres (OACCAC)
OACCAC inspires, supports and represents the interests of its members and provides leadership in shaping healthcare policy and promoting best practices on behalf of the people served by CCACs.

Ontario Association of Non-Profit Homes & Services for Seniors (OANHSS)
OANHSS is a provincial, non-profit organization representing long term care facilities, seniors housing, and community agencies that provide care and services on a not-for-profit basis. There are over 470 members in total which includes commercial suppliers and associate members.

The Ontario Long Term Care Association (OLTCA)
The Ontario Long Term Care Association (OLTCA) is the largest long term care providers organization in Ontario. The members facilities are regulated by the MOHLTC and provide care and accommodation services to residents throughout Ontario.
