Communications
The Priority Project has provided various types of communications to Community Care Access Centres (CCACs) and external stakeholders about the implementation of the Resident Assessment Instrument – Home Care (RAI-HC). Bulletins and Flash Reports were sent to CCACs to keep them informed about progress in implementing the RAI-HC, provide them with additional information about the assessment instrument in addition to outlining future plans around the implementation. Priority Project representatives have also made presentations about the implementation of the RAI-HC to various stakeholder conferences. |
