Questions and Answers
The Priority Project has developed many materials to help CCACs learn about the Resident Assessment Instrument – Home Care (RAI-HC), from tips on how to code sections of the assessment instrument, to educating stakeholders on how to interpret the new assessment instrument received from CCACs. Since the delivery of the RAI-HC instrument in Ontario, many questions have been gathered through information sharing. Each question received was thoroughly researched. Questions related to the coding of the RAI-HC were also researched by our expert staff in accordance with interRAI standards and kept within the intended definition of the coding. The Questions and Answers are intended to be an on-going support program for case managers that use the RAI-HC on a day-to-day basis.
