Overview

In order to implement the RAI-HC across the Province, the CCAC-LTC Priority Project was established as a joint initiative between the CCACs and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (Long-Term Care Redevelopment Project, Community Health Division and Community Care Connects! C3).

The goals of the CCAC-LTC Priority Project are :

  • Educate case managers on the RAI-HC;
  • Support the implementation of business changes resulting from the implementation of the RAI-HC; and
  • Implement supporting RAI-HC technology and educate case managers on the automated version of the RAI-HC.

    • The timeline for completion of the project is March 2004.
