Progress to date

The project status for each category is as follows :

Education :

The education program consists of five phases :

Phase I - 2 Day User Education
Phase II - Practicum
Phase III - 1 Day Education on CAPs, MAPLe and Reflective Practice
Phase IV - 1 Day Assessment Software
Phase V - Self-assessment

Another phase of education will be rolled and aimed at goal setting and service planning. Status on that program will be reported separately.

Automation :

The automation refers to the roll-out and education of case managers on the interim assessment software. The status on implementation of the permanent software will be reported separately.

Business Redesign :

The business redesign refers to the implementation of the required changes to the assessment, service planning, service implementation, service monitoring and discharge processes.
