Report of the Nurse Practitioner Integration Task Team (2007)
The Report of the Nurse Practitioner Integration Task Team (2007) was commissioned by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, to review, prioritize, implement and advise on the recommendations of the Integration of Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioners in the Province of Ontario Report (2005). The establishment of the NP Task Team reflects the Ministry’s commitment to integrating this role into the Ontario health care system.
The Task Team provided 31 recommendations to support further integration of Nurse Practitioners in Ontario and can be found on the Nursing Secretariat website.
