External Review of Hamilton CACC On Behalf of Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Final Report, October 31, 2001

The Hamilton Central Ambulance Communication Centre dispatches ambulances for the Regional Municipality of Niagara, the City of Hamilton, the County of Brant, the Counties of Haldimand and Norfolk, and the Six Nations Reserve.

IBI Group conducted the independent review and its report is being shared publicly as way to highlight the performance of this Central Ambulance Communication Centre and identify areas where the government can provide further support.
