The information in this booklet is based on the recommendations of the Ontario Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) Clinical Guidelines (97.09.30). These guidelines reflect the opinions of and were developed by the PSA Clinical Guideline Expert Committee for the Laboratory Proficiency Testing Program (LPTP), chaired by Dr. Harold Richardson. The Ontario Ministry of Health is providing this information to all Ontario physicians.
