Pharmacists' Professional Services

Ministry and Ontario Pharmacists' Association Launch MedsCheck Program

The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, collaboratively with the Ontario Pharmacy Council and the Ontario Pharmacists' Association, is pleased to launch professional services as eligible benefits under the Ontario Drug Benefit Program, beginning April 1st , 2007.

MedsCheck, a medication review program, is detailed in the guidebook below. The updated guidebook  as indicated in the July 25 entry, consolidates information on the MedsCheck Annual and the MedsCheck Follow-Up medication review programs and provides information on billing as well as suggested practice tools.
