The Long-Term Care (LTC) Homes Program Manual is the core text governing the operation of long-term care homes in the province of Ontario. It contains policies, standards and norms covering various aspects of the LTC Homes Program, including Resident Care and Financial Policies.

The Manual was originally developed in 1993 and, thereafter, revised periodically. The last revision occurred in April 2006 and resulted in a conslidated and updated version. This is the same authoritative version which is being presented here, in an easy-to-consult format.
