Divisional Mandate
Corporate and Direct Services Division (CDSD) leads the development and implementation of ministry management, accountability, controllership frameworks to ensure cost operational services to ministry clients, essential to the effective delivery of ministry programs, e.g.
|
finance and information, business, fiscal, alternate financing strategies, audit, supply and financial services, government pharmacy; accommodation; human resources and organizational development; business improvement; freedom of information and protection of privacy; submission coordination and Cabinet Office liaison; and public appointments. CDSD is also responsible for OHIP, Land and Ambulance services, the Psychiatric Patient Advocacy Office, and individual eligibility programs of OHIP, drugs, assistive devices and home oxygen, and the province's Blood Program. It also provides administrative support to the Ontario Review Board, Consent and Capacity Board, HSARB, HPARB.
