Divisional Mandate

The Health System Strategy Division sets strategy and plans to implement the health system vision. The division sets strategic directions for Ontario’s health system and supports them with legislation and policy; monitors alignment with strategic directions; selects and manages portfolios of initiatives within the ministry to further health system goals; and provides health research investments oversight.
