Divisional Mandate

Working collaboratively with our health system partners to achieve better health outcomes for Ontarians and maximize the value of the provincial investment in health care providers and programs by: Establishing and maintaining relationships to facilitate and foster alignment of accountability agreements for payment programs;

Providing strategic direction as well as negotiating, leading, supporting and implementing existing and innovative payment models and programs; Effectively managing accountability for funding, outcomes and performance identified in accountability agreements; Developing operational plans for payment models and programs with an emphasis on value, quality and performance; Providing provincial program oversight by working with stakeholders and LHIN’s to identify programs requiring coordination at a provincial level; and Leading program refinements and enhancements through innovation and commitment to continuous performance improvement.
