To complete an application :

• You must read the application guide related to the application form prior to completing it.
• Ensure that all mandatory fields are completed.
• Click the “Print Form” button once you have completed the form. In the electronic form version, the print form button will cause an automatic review of the document and raise an alert if a mandatory field is incomplete.
• Sign and date your printed application form. Only signed and dated applications will be accepted.
• Ensure the appropriate application fee is enclosed in the form of certified cheque or money order payable to the Minister of Finance. Once received your application will be reviewed.
• Submissions are to be mailed to the address listed in the application guide. You cannot submit your application online.

Be sure to review the eligibility section of the appropriate examination Instructions to determine whether you meet the requirements to apply. Click on the type of certification below that you wish to apply for.
