The Ontario Drug Benefit Program is one of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care's fastest growing programs.

The 2003 annual report is based on the Report Card model that is being used by hospitals and other health care organizations as way of showing the complexity of an organization. The report is organized into four main sections: financial indicators, clinical indicators, customer service and operational policy. The 2002/03 report will serve as a base line report for future years program performance.

The report was produced in collaboration with Brogan Consulting Inc. and is being shared as a way of reporting publicly on performance of the drug program.
