Indicators
Thirty-four indicators are presented to reflect the current state of Ontario's public health system. The indicators fall into two categories 1) population health related and 2) governance and accountability related.
Each indicator narrative provides background and contextual information on the importance of that indicator in public health practice and gives specific examples of the role of public health in relation to that indicator.
Following each narrative you will find the indicator definition including data sources and notes, along with the data for that indicator.
