Public Notice : Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene

On December 15, 2008, the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care will transfer the management and operation of the Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene to a public hospital under the Public Hospitals Act. The name of the public hospital will be the Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene Corporation.

If you are a patient, or former patient of the Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene, your records will become the responsibility of the Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene Corporation. Current programs and services will not be affected and your records will remain confidential.
