Population Health Profiles
The Population Health Profiles – the first in a series of reports on population health, health services market-share and utilization, and socio-demographic determinants of health – are produced by the Health System Intelligence Project (HSIP) for the Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs). The Health Results Team for Information Management created the Health System Intelligence Project (HSIP) to act as an independent and credible source of information for the LHINs, in order to address their immediate information needs and in anticipation of their future needs. This initiative is part of the Information Management Strategy. The profiles for each LHIN may be downloaded below.
