Weeneebayko Area Health Authority (WAHA) Clinical Review

The WAHA Clinical Review Report presents the findings of a clinical operations review at WAHA. The review was conducted by a Lead Inspector and a clinical support team. The review included an assessment of the systems in place to ensure patient safety and quality of care. The report identifies both operational challenges and opportunities for WAHA to strengthen the delivery of programs and services. The review team found that the hospital has the right systems in place to monitor quality of care and ensure patient safety, and it reflects that WAHA is providing quality patient care to area residents.
