Land Ambulance Program
The ministry has expanded on the key performance indicators (KPIs) for land ambulance performance measurements that are available to the public. The KPIs include legislated response time reports, new response time measures and patient outcome-based indicators.
As per Regulation 257/00 of the Ambulance Act, every upper-tier municipality (UTM) and land ambulance communication service, referred to as ambulance dispatch centres or Central Ambulance Communication Centres (CACCs), are responsible for the development of response time targets (or plans) and performance, which are submitted to the ministry on an annual basis.
Please select a UTM or CACC and then select a year.
