New Feature – Email Notifications

Published May 26, 2021

Introducing SADIE Email Notifications

SADIE now sends email notifications when a request is ready to review and submit. Prescribers and delegates now receive an email alert when a request created by a designate is ready for the prescriber or delegate to submit. Designates now receive an email notification when a request has been submitted. Notifications will be sent to your GO Secure email address. For details, go to Chapter 14 of the SADIE User Guide.

Earlier this month, we launched the delegate role which allows delegates to submit a request on behalf of a prescriber, and support prescribers in being able to maintain SADIE user accounts and practice location details.

For more information about delegates and instructions on setting up their accounts, see the Quick Reference – How to Set-up a Delegate or Designate guide.
