U.S. Preferred Providers: Proton Beam Therapy

The Ministry of Health (MOH) has entered into preferred provider arrangements with the following U.S. facilities to provide proton beam therapy to Ontario residents who have received prior approval from the MOH.

University of Florida Health Proton Therapy Institute, Jacksonville, Florida	University of Pennsylvania Health System (“Penn Medicine”), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas	MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas

If your patient’s proposed treatment plan requires in-patient rehabilitation therapy, please choose Northwestern Medicine Chicago Proton Center.

The MOH does not endorse, warrant, guarantee or otherwise certify the quality or standards of treatment or other services provided by preferred providers. These considerations should be reviewed by the patient in consultation with his or her attending physician(s).
